Project PACE is a program of Disability Support Services at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education, project #P333A990056. The primary objective of this project is to improve the quality of education for students with disabilities through the development and provision of resources, technical assistance and professional development opportunities to faculty, staff and administrators in postsecondary settings. Specifically, the project staff have worked to accomplish the following:

  • Learn more about the current practices of faculty in their efforts to educate students with disabilities and to assess their needs for further training;

  • Provide professional development opportunities to faculty, staff, and administrators at UALR and on other Arkansas campuses;
