About This CD
The purpose of this interactive CD—Make a Difference: Tools for Enabling Faculty to Teach Students with Disabilities—is two-fold:
To provide faculty, staff and administrators with a handy reference tool.
To provide disability advocates and disability support personnel with materials that can be printed and utilized in faculty development activities.
This tool provides faculty and staff with a wealth of resources that can be accessed from the convenience of a personal computer. It is our hope that when faculty or staff have a question regarding serving or teaching a student with a particular disability, they will use this tool to find the information they need and will gain a better understanding of the educational needs of students with disabilities. The contents are included in both an interactive format for use at your personal computer and a file format. The resources are included in PDF and text formats so that they can be printed and utilized in faculty and staff development workshops.
