Instructions for Applying


This online application is for candidates seeking admission to the ConocoPhillips School of Geology and Geophysics graduate program. If you have any questions please contact our office at cpsgg-gradapp@ou.edu.

Please follow the 6 steps below.

Step 1: Fill out the form and make sure you fill out all required text boxes (*).

Step 2: Once complete, click the CONTINUE button.

Step 3: Review your application. Make any required corrections by clicking on the MAKE CORRECTIONS button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: When all corrections are completed, click on the SUBMIT button (at the bottom of the page) to submit your application.

Step 5: From the next screen you may upload your transcript. It must be in a standard document format (pdf, rtf, doc, docx, txt).

Step 6: You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly thereafter. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our office at cpsgg-gradapp@ou.edu.
